Theo's Valentine Scam - Don't Let This Happen to You!

Theo, the certified resident lover boy, had big Valentine dreams for his one and only, Anita. A bouquet of roses or candlelit dinner? Nah, that was too basic for Theo. He wanted to go big , buy her a piece of land and say,“This is where we"ll build our forever.”.
Mr Francis, a land agent with the charm of a reality TV host and promises sweeter than honey. "Oga Theo, this land na giveaway! See the price na. Just drop the cash, and the papers dey your hand sharp-sharp!".
Theo, dazzled by the deal (and Anita's future mansion dancing in his head), didn't think twice. He handed over the money faster than a flash sale on Black Friday. Hammer time! Or so he thought.
Two weeks later, Theo swaggered back to the land, dreaming of showing Anita her surprise. But instead of lovebirds, he found warriors. A man in agbada with security guards stood firmly on 'Theo's land.'
'Excuse me, who are you?' Theo asked, confused.'Who am I?' Agbada Man laughed. 'I should be asking you that. I own this land, and I have the Ministry of Land papers to prove it. 'Theo's heart dropped faster than a failed bank transfer. He pulled out his own documents, only for Agbada Man to chuckle. 'This your paper? Na PAPER JAM! These are forged. You just chop premium scam, my brother.'
Theo's Valentine dreams shattered like a broken ceramic plate. His money? Gone. The land? Not his. His love gift? Fiam! At that point, Theo the lover boy, realize say some land, fit land you into trouble, and some agents na 'yahoo boys' in disguise.
Theo licked his wounds but vowed never to be foolish again. Now, he preaches the gospel of trusted real estate companies.
“If you no want hear it is well for land matter, buy land from trusted people like Climax Properties. Their allocation dey swift, and your peace of mind go dey intact. Don"t end up like me o!”.
