Valentine"s Day came like a whirlwind, hearts racing, wallets weeping. Guys were out, breaking banks, proving love like it was a math exam with no second chances. Francis, the lover boy, was leading the charge, flowers, dinner, and a grand surprise for his queen, Juliana. By midnight, his pockets were gasping for air.
But then, there was Josh the Playboy, smooth, calculated, always two steps ahead. Yes, he had five girlfriends to appease, but was he panicking? Nah. While others spent like there was no tomorrow, Josh had already secured his real tomorrow.
Back in December, while the streets were buzzing with Christmas expenses, Josh had land-banked with a solid real estate investment. Not stopping there, he threw some cash into an investment plan, nothing too crazy, just enough to grow stress-free. He knew by March, while others were counting regrets, his returns would be landing soft-soft in his account.
Now, fast forward to post-Valentine's reality, Francis was drowning in debt, dodging his bank alerts like unpaid rent. Meanwhile, Josh? Chilling. Feet up, drink in hand, watching his money work for him. While Francis was searching for loans, Josh was already planning baecation with his 6th girlfriend.
